About Us

Kibbeh is a Lebanese-inspired restaurant founded by Chef Nelson Infante. After more than a decade working in some of New York City’s most iconic restaurants, Chef Nelson fell in love with the depth and tradition of Lebanese cuisine.


Kibbeh brings those authentic flavors to New Jersey—fresh ingredients, bold spices, handcrafted dishes, and warm hospitality inspired by Lebanese culture.
